Anyway, when I lived in States my American Mom Jane had a little Papillion named just like the title. And we called him Willy. He was very funny. I guess all tiny dogs are funny and cute.
Just wanted to bring my memories up... I have no contact with Jane. ..over 15 years passed. omg
